Three things to try
Make the most of your 10 minutes.

Step 1: Chat on the Live preview
Open Channels, then Website, then Live preview. Ask the assistant what a customer would ask and share a name and number as a customer would.

Step 2: Find your chat in Conversations
Back in the dashboard your chat is in Conversations with a Preview badge, and the details you shared are under Leads.

Step 3: See how the assistant is trained
Open Assistants to read the instructions, the documents and the FAQs it answers from, and how it is told to behave.

Is the demo real?
Yes. It is the real kafal.ai dashboard with a sample business, an assistant trained on that business, sample conversations and leads. On the Live preview you chat with the real assistant and watch your chat appear in Conversations.
Can I change settings in the demo?
No. The tour is read-only: every button is there so you can see what you would get, but saving, uploading, connecting a website or changing the assistant is turned off. Your own dashboard lets you change everything.
What happens after 10 minutes?
The tour ends on its own and you land on a page with the pricing and the free demo. You can start another tour straight away. A few tours per hour are allowed from one connection.
Will I see other people's chats?
No. You see the sample conversations and only the chats you start yourself. Nobody else sees yours. Chats from the tour, and any contact details you share in them, are private to you and kept for 7 days, then deleted.
Can I try it on my own website?
Not from the tour, which runs on a sample business. Book a free demo and we show the assistant answering your own customers' questions from your own information; once you are a client, adding it to your website is one line of code that we add for you if you prefer.
