Does it work with my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. Your assistant runs on your own WhatsApp Business number through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. If the number is currently used in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app, it has to be moved to the platform first; we guide you through that step by step.
Will my number get banned?
No. kafal.ai uses only the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta, not unofficial tools or modified apps. Your account stays within Meta's rules, and we help you keep it that way.
What does Meta charge for WhatsApp messages?
Replies to customers who message you first are free from Meta. Meta charges only for template messages that your business starts (for example, a reminder), and bills those directly to your WhatsApp account. Our plans never add a per-message charge.
How long does it take to go live on WhatsApp?
