Questions about plans and billing
Straight answers about AI replies, WhatsApp fees, yearly billing and changing plans.
What counts as an AI reply?
One AI reply is one message your AI assistant sends to a customer, on your website or on WhatsApp. Messages your customers send are free and are never counted.
What happens if I use all my AI replies?
Your assistant keeps working. Extra replies are charged at ₹499 per 1,000, and you can see your usage at any time in your dashboard.
Which plan is right for me?
Starter if you want your AI assistant on your website only. Pro if you want it on your website and your WhatsApp number. Max if you have several websites or WhatsApp numbers, need more assistants, or want priority support. Signature if you want a fully personalized assistant built around your business, with personal support.
What is a channel?
A channel is where your assistant talks to customers — your website, WhatsApp, and soon phone calls. On each channel you connect your websites or WhatsApp numbers. Starter covers 1 website, Pro adds 1 WhatsApp number, Max lets you connect up to 10 websites and 10 WhatsApp numbers. Your included AI replies are shared across everything you connect.
Can I remove the kafal.ai branding from my website assistant?
Yes, on Max and Signature: white-label means your website assistant shows only your brand, with no kafal.ai line. On Starter and Pro it shows a small "Powered by kafal.ai" line.
Do you charge for WhatsApp messages?
No. Replies to customers who message you first are free. Meta charges separately for template messages that your business starts, and bills those directly to your WhatsApp account.
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial period. Instead, you get a free demo on your own business information before you pay, and a 7-day refund on your first subscription payment.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade at any time; downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle. Cancel at any time from your dashboard or by email, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12. The yearly price is billed once a year and works out to two months free compared with paying monthly.
Who sets up my assistant?
We do it for you, usually within 1 business day after you share your documents and FAQs. Going live on WhatsApp also depends on Meta approving your business and number, which can take a few days.
When will the AI Call Assistant be available?
It is coming soon. Join the waitlist and you will hear first; the price shown is the expected launch price.
What languages does it support?
Any language your customer uses: Hindi, Hinglish, English, regional Indian languages and more. Your assistant replies in the language the customer writes in.
